Stacy, Shelby and Janeen are three friends who talk candidly about expectations we face as women in Episode 6 of "Getting Real About..." Often times, the expectations we place on ourselves is enough to make us feel like we are falling short. Then with the added expectations our kids, spouses, coworkers and society place on us, the pressure can be too much to handle.
